The link below will take you to a page with three fossil label forms.  If, for example, you have a number of specimens from one locality, the forms will allow you to quickly print out labels for each specimen by simply changing the approprate information.   The dimensions of the labels are designed to be the standard index card size of 3" X 5".  Although they can be printed on plain paper,  you may want to print on cardstock instead.  To completely clear the forms, use the reload or refresh option on your browser.  The forms may appear slightly different using different browsers.  Hopefully the printed size will not change because of the printer or browser you are using.  If you have any problems, questions, or suggestions for improvement, please send an email message to:  fcolcwebmaster@fcolc.com.
